The Shadow is an essential part of all of us and as natural as our memory or our emotions. Within our Shadow, we store away those parts of us — whether emotions, thoughts, beliefs, experiences or characteristics — because we and others may judge them as bad, unacceptable, shameful or dark. Fortunately, the Shadow isn’t all bad, in fact its quite good as it is one of the easiest routes for us to reach our goodness; our Light.

David Zarza has had the pleasure of many years assisting clients to uncover and integrate their Shadow parts.
