Cold, Flu or Sweat ? Which would you prefer?

The other day my girlfriend woke up sick. She asked me to get her some blankets as she was feeling chilled. I got them and covered her up. Then I went and got the diffuser from the living room and turned it on. It had Thieves(tm) essential oil blend in it. If she had a bug that should go quite a ways to helping her get over it.
I let it run for about 15 minutes and turned it off for a few hours and then turned it back on for another 15 minutes.
A few hours later she awoke and told me that as soon as I turned on the diffuser she started sweating. For those of you who don't know a fever is one way your body fights infections be they viral or bacterial. Whenever I feel like I have the flu or a cold I lay in bed with lots of blankets on to try and jumpstart the fever that I know is needed. I did this long before I knew about essential oils. I started doing it because I really do not like allopathic medicine.
So don't be afraid of running a temperature. Don't stop it, keep an eye on it, yes. If it does get too high it can cause damage top your body and maybe even death. Using a natural remedy such as Thieves(tm) won't harm your body. It can help.
